Engineered camera coverage, not guesswork
Every CCTV project begins with a site survey and coverage plan. We map entry points, blind spots, lighting conditions, and camera sightlines before a single wire is pulled, so your surveillance system captures usable, court-ready footage — not just video for video’s sake. As an authorized Digital Watchdog and Hanwha Vision partner, we install 4K IP cameras, dome, bullet, PTZ, and license-plate-recognition cameras chosen for both function and aesthetics.
Cloud video surveillance with Eagle Eye Networks
As an authorized Eagle Eye Networks partner, we deliver cloud-based video management (VMS) with bank-grade cyber security. View live and recorded video from any iOS or Android device, monitor multiple locations from one dashboard, and eliminate on-site DVR headaches with secure cloud retention.
Live video monitoring with CHeKT
Cameras that only record tell you what happened; monitored video stops it while it’s happening. Through the CHeKT video monitoring platform, alarm events are instantly paired with live camera views so monitoring professionals can visually verify a real intrusion, issue voice-down warnings, and dispatch police with confirmed video evidence — dramatically reducing false alarms and response times.
Built for New Jersey businesses and homes
From restaurants and retail chains to warehouses, offices, schools, and residences throughout Union County and the greater NJ area, our installations are clean, code-compliant, and backed by long-term service. We also upgrade and take over legacy analog CCTV systems, migrating you to modern IP video without ripping out usable infrastructure.
Camera coverage for multi-unit and apartment buildings
New Jersey’s multifamily boom means more lobbies, parking garages, package rooms, and amenity spaces that need professional camera coverage. We design surveillance systems for apartment buildings, condos, and HOA communities — common-area and entrance cameras, parking and perimeter coverage, and cloud video that property managers can review from anywhere. Whether it’s a new development or an occupied building retrofit, we engineer coverage that protects residents and reduces liability. Learn more about our multifamily work on our Industries page.
-— FREQUENTLY ASKED
Do you certify and document your cabling work?
Yes. Every cable run is tested, certified, labeled, and documented — you receive test results and as-built documentation for your records.
Do you work with general contractors on new construction?
Regularly. We coordinate with GCs, electricians, and architects on new builds and renovations across NJ, delivering low-voltage rough-in through trim-out on schedule.
How much does structured cabling cost per drop?
Cable-drop pricing varies with distance, pathway difficulty, and cable grade (Cat6, Cat6A, fiber), but volume matters — per-drop cost falls significantly on larger projects. We provide fixed per-drop and project pricing after a walkthrough, with certification testing included.
Cat6 or Cat6A — which should I install?
Cat6 handles gigabit comfortably and remains the value choice for most offices. Cat6A supports 10-gigabit over full 100-meter runs and is what we recommend for new construction, Wi-Fi 6E/7 access points, and any building you want future-proofed for 15+ years.
When does fiber make sense instead of copper?
Fiber is the answer for runs beyond copper’s 100-meter limit, links between buildings, high-bandwidth backbones between network closets, and electrically noisy environments. We design, install, terminate, and test both multimode and single-mode fiber.
Can you clean up my existing messy network closet?
Yes — rack cleanups are one of our favorite projects. We re-dress and label existing cabling, install proper patch panels and cable management, document everything, and leave you a closet that any technician can service in minutes instead of hours.
Is your cabling work licensed and code-compliant in NJ?
Yes. All low-voltage work is performed to New Jersey code with plenum-rated cable where required, proper firestopping, and full insurance coverage. Certification test results and as-built documentation come standard on commercial projects.
Do you install riser cabling for new apartment developments?
Yes — riser cabling for multifamily developments is a core specialty. We install fiber and copper vertical backbones from the main distribution frame (MDF) to per-floor IDF closets, unit-level Cat6 drops, and pathways for access control, video intercoms, cameras, and amenity Wi-Fi. We work directly from construction drawings with developers and GCs, and every riser is firestopped, labeled, tested, and documented to New Jersey code.
