Tristate Technology Solutions was founded on a simple observation: when technology projects fail, it's almost never the equipment — it's the handoffs. The cabling contractor finishes and leaves. The network vendor configures and disappears. The camera installer points at both when something breaks. Nobody owns the outcome.
We built Tristate to be the opposite: a single, accountable integrator that handles consultation, system design, sales, installation, and long-term support under one roof. Our team stays current with the latest technologies — from cloud video surveillance and mobile-credential access control to fiber backbones and smart building automation — so every system we deliver is designed, installed, and supported to the highest standard.
Led by CEO Alex Alvarado, we serve families upgrading their homes and businesses running dozens of locations with equal care.
